HERETOGO
I have recently purchaced Chief Architect Primier as most people are wanting 3D images of their home. I have been using Builders cad for the last 19 years and have a lot of framing details drawn up in that program. If I convert my builders cad drawing to DWG, and import it into Chief, is there a way I can save these details into the Chief library so I do not have to redraw all details? Forgive me for starting a lot of discussions, but I do go through the videos in the help, and also YouTube videos as well and just can't find what I am looking for
Joe_Carrick
Create a Block of the Imported Detail. The Block can be saved to the Library.

Joe_Carrick
Just select the entire area (use a marquee selection box) and click on the "Block" icon.
