JamesBolger
I am showing an elevation for a motel with a fir wall tying into an existing block wall and it shows on my 3D perspective but not the elevation. For some reason elevation is showing a separate fir wall connected to the new one. I tried rolling the wall and it’s the same on both sides.. any suggestions
DBCooper
It looks to me like the lower picture is not displaying the block wall (probably because the layer is turned off) and that you are just seeing the framing for the wall behind it. If this doesn't help, then you might want to post the plan.
TeaTime
Beat me to it once again, @DBCooper That's what I was thinking too -- Try using the Back Clipped Cross Section to create an elevation of just that one wall to eliminate the back wall's framing, and check to make sure the layer is on in th Section View's layer set. JamesBolger
Thanks guys, for some reason the program was not recognizing the block wall until I went through the process of exposing the frame wall again. Problem solved . Thanks for your input
