Renumber windows on schedule and locating windows blocks

1) I am unsure why my windows are skipping numbers in my schedule.  Is there a way to fix this?  Or look for hidden windows somewhere?

 

2) Where can I find these windows blocks so I can use them separate than on the schedule and also to change the line weights?   

 

I'm using X15 on a mac.

I have figured out renumbering the windows schedule    You need to go back and uncheck all windows for "include in schedule".  Then open them back up in the order you want by clicking back on "include in schedule".  This resets the numbers.  Also went back in to create mulled units through the block feature, which is why my schedule looks different now.

You can also select the schedule then hit the Renumber Schedule tool which will appear in the Edit toolbar:

Not exactly sure what you are trying to do but these are not "blocks" as in cad blocks.  They are just elevation views of the the windows that are in your plan.  There are some settings in the schedule dialog that give you some control over the previews but I am not sure how you can change the line weights.  As for creating a view like this to use somewhere else, you could create an elevation view of just the window you want and use the cad detail from view tool.
