Garage and Man door not cutting out foundation?

I'm having an issue where the garage door is not dropping and cutting out the foundation. Anyone know what's going on here? Can't attach the plan file as it's too large.

Take a screenshot of your main floor plan with the garage highlighted.

 

Open the garage room spec dialog.  Take a second screen shot of the d'box.

 

Post both pics here.

 

Alternatively:  The building looks uncomplicated.  Make a copy of the plan, strip it of everything except walls, roofs, doors, and windows.  No cabinets, no furnishings, no furniture, nothing that can jack up the poly count.  You should be able to get it to a size for zipping and attaching the compressed file here.  Remind us to open it using X14.

Good idea - I took the walls out of the second floor but it should be enough for you to take a look at the issue. Thank you - any input is appreciated.

Open the door dbx > Rough Opening > Add for Concrete Cutout + establishes your MO for both swing and overhead doors.

Adding the concrete cutout did not change anything.

You didn't show a pic of the garage room d'box.

In your plan it looks like the top of your garage floor is above the top of the stem wall. The door is not in the foundation to cut it.

No worries! I solved my own issue - needed to set the absolute elevation for the stem wall top to 0 and the floor -6 for the garage. Then once I remade the foundation it dropped it properly. Thanks for talking it out!

Based on Gary's observation (good call Gary) I just arbitrarily dropped your garage floor to be sure it was below the floor framing and the top of the stem wall and with the door spec set to show it cuts the foundation. You just need to adjust heights to suit your project. Checked 3D - works fine Hope this helps
