msmith964
Hi all, So I have had this problem before and have now tried all the solutions that worked in the past but cannot fix the intersections of 2 exterior walls and an interior wall. It leaves a gap in the drywall. I am attaching file so hopefully someone can help me. I have circled the area which is in the Family room. Also, can someone tell me why everything is showing up black? I have lost the color display for the layers. thanks!! (FYI - I had to delete the second floor & zip it due to file size.) floor plan - test.plan.zip

CharlesVolz
You are welcome! Other considerations may be: lack of rain screen or a moisture barrier on exterior of exterior wall lack of air spacing or furring on interior of exterior wall using CMU at 8 inches instead of 7 5/8 inches
