HumbleChief
Select foundation walls and spec 'stop at ceiling above' seems to have filled the gap with framing. Another method?
SNestor
Here's one method... I use stem walls and joist floor system as my default...which is typical here in Indiana. Then, I switch the floor of the one area to a monoslab. Have to mess a bit a few of the foundation walls...but it does seem to work. VERY much appreciate your help and yeah I seem to run into so many anomalies like this and spend a lot of time trying to resolve. Thank you again for taking your time to post.
