Cabinets with not-hinged doors that pullout trashbin racks. How to specify so drawer is attached to front of fixture when seen open.

Rev A Shelf and other makers have lots of things that work with pullout doors besides trashbin racks.  So how to we specify such that the doors aren't hinge but move out?

Needs to a drawer in CA. Use a trash as a drawerbox and use a door for the front.
