X13 active layer set and active default set control dialog boxes are missing

upgrading from X12 to X13 and the dialog boxes for Active Layer Set and Active Default Set Control that used to be at top of screen are now replaced with a single dialog box.

Any way to get those back in X13?  I find it very cumbersome and slow to use the new system to change active annotation sets in plan views.

Those are List Boxes, not Dialog Boxes. Have you tried adding them to your toolbar?

 

I'm guessing that there are better (or maybe just new and different) ways of managing what you want to do.

Are you using Saved Plan Views, or just referring to working in plan.

You can customize your toolbars to add these tools back if you like. 

 

I think using saved plan views is much more efficient then changing your layer set and active defaults in one view.
