CAD Parallel Line Dimension off angle

I'm making a CAD plot plan  and have the property lines set. How do I draw a parallel line for the set back  when the property line is off angle  (not on the X or Y axis) to an exact dimension?

Use your "Make Parallel/Perpendicular" tool to align the second line and then use your temporary dimensions to position it or an actual dimension can be set to Perpendicular with the same tool.

 

Lots of options with Chief...   You can also edit a cad line to any angle you want.

Thanks All - I got it with your help. Used Copy to create the line and then the temp dimensions or the  manual dimension to adjust.

Yup.  Lots and lots of ways.  A few more...

 

1.  Use Copy/Paste Hold Position and concentric edit mode to move the copy (use the Concentric Jump distance).

2.  Use Multiple Copy to drag out a new copy (use the Primary Offset distance).

3.  Draw a line that simply snaps to the end point of your desired lot line and then move orthogonally (use the Tab key and then enter the desired distance).

 

Many many more methods but those are just a few ideas to get the ball rolling.
