House with raised and slab foundation

I am inputting as-built house plans for a new project. This house has both a raised foundation and a slab foundation.
I know how to generate the foundation if it is either a raised or slab foundation. I do not know how generate the foundation plan

if it has both raised and slab foundation. 

 

What is the correct way to do this ?

Just change the floor structure in the room DBX to what you need it to be. with auto foundation on , it will change automatically. With auto foundation off , you can draw the footings manually.
