Offered here as a symbol you can download from the 3D Warehouse, where I just uploaded it.

 

I imported it into Chief and it works fine.  Since I now have it in my user library I suppose I could offer it here as a Chief object (.calibz??) but I don't know how.  If you want to tell me the process, please do.

Export Handle.calibz file to your desktop, select choose files, find that file on the desktop, select the file and add that file to your post, press the plus icon that you will see and that will add the file to your post and click submit

right the Chief Symbol in your Library and Export it to the same place you keep all your Chief Libraries for safe keeping , maybe in a new Folder called Gene's Symbols , you do make a regular backup of the Whole User Catalog folder too right?   eg to a Ext. HDD for future  Reinstalls but you can also upload it here as Greg mentioned.
