Do you need color elevations done for the purpose of concept review or planning, or were you looking for 3d renderings from a perspective or orthographic view? What level of detail or realism do you require, who is the deliverable for and to serve what purpose. I could tell you that it would cost $100 or $1000 without some clarification. Appreciated.
