Notes To Describe Changes

I have a set of drawings that the client has created a ton of changes, so I have a ton of bubbles.  I'd like to create a note schedule to describe the changes.  Ideally, I can have a separate Schedule for each page (floor plan, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and can use the triangle for all changes.

 

The issue I'm running into is that I create the notes on the floor plan, when I goto the next page, the numbers continue in sequence and the second legend shows the notes from the first.

 

What is the best way to accomplish this?

Not sure if it is the best way but I create a new Note type (Electrical 2, Plumbing 2, etc.) and create a new Note schedule that looks at that Note type instead of the original.

Use a revision index on the layout page.

Thanks Joes. Do you do all your revisions clouds on the .layout page as opposed to the .plan file?
