kwhitt 19 Posted November 10, 2019 I am following the steps outlined here to create an undermount sink symbol w/ countertop cut-out: https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-03021/importing-symbols-with-custom-counter-holes.html After exploding the CAD block to insert my own counter cut-out, I select the rectangular polyline to draw the cut-out and the symbol disappears - not allowing me to complete the edit. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? The file is attached. Thanks. Baker Bathrooms_11-10-19.plan

Kevin Happens to the best of us but honestly I don't think Chief should ever place things on Layers that are Off without asking like it does for example with Framing etc in some cases.
kwhitt 19 Posted November 10, 2019 You're right! Now that I think of it, I was never prompted to reveal this layer.
