Modifications to stone creek project

I’m looking to hire a chief architect professional to modify the stone creek sample plan to for the needs of my new home build. 
can someone give me some direction an where to go doe this? 
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You may need to talk to Chief Architect about that as those Drawings are Copyrighted as far as I know, but perhaps Chief's Own Designer of this Plan ,

Scott Harris I believe, may have more information or be willing to help you.............                   @scottharris

Just to clarify above. What you are proposing is stealing copyrighted works. It is not an option.

 

Using a design as inspiration for your unique design is perfectly acceptable. How much it needs to be different is a very murky gray area.

I have been in contact with the original designer on what options would be acceptable and they are willing to work with me on it. No one is trying to steal anything.
