Cannot open my file. Have I lost my work?

The file " " appears to be locked. This could be the result of another user or program using the file. This may also result from having insufficient security privileges to access this file.

 

This occurred after by computer froze and I had to restart my computer. The file had been saved before this happening.

 

I cannot copy and paste it from one folder to another. It is definitely not open anywhere else.

 

HELP!

There should be an auto archived file and backup in the Archive folder , which is inside Chief's Data Folder in My Documents.

 

If setup properly you should have lost more that about 5 mins of work hopefully.

Usually shutting down Chief completely and then re-opening fixes this type of problem.  If not, open Task Manager and make force the shut down of any other Chief Architect related processes and then re-start Chief.  If that doesn't work, then I would re-start my computer.
