capitaldesigns
I getting ready to start on a room addition project where the existing house is on a slope. From the front to back of the house there is a 48" drop in grade. Both the front and rear yards are fairly flat. The house has a raised foundation. When I built the foundation I set the footing depth at 24" deep. The lower level shows the correct footing depth. The upper footing shows the footing at around 6' deep. I want the footings at the top and bottom of the slope to be 24" deep. How do I do that in Chief ? Thank You, Mike House on Grade.plan
