360 not working on iphone?

I can’t get 360 to change view when phone rotated..

Try this, on Iphone go to  SETTINGS<SAFARI and then make sure that "MOTION & ORIENTATION ACCESS" is CHECKED.

This is the second thread that addressed this.  I think it was electric man who clued me in.

 

BTW,  do it on your Ipad also.

Hey everyone in ios13 they removed this motion feature and now 360’s don’t work anymore.. anyone have a fix?

 When I load one the view won’t move when you rotate phone..

I think one of the IOS updates changed the Safari motion setting to off.

I enjoyed sending customers 360º views, but haven't done it for awhile because I don't want to have to explain the settings change.

well this defeats the entire reason for having a 360 if you cant share your design.

So I spoke to ca today and they say they know nothing about ios13 not working for 360’s and don’t really seem to care.

 

 Am I the only one that shares 360’s to iPhone users?

 

 Is there some other way to make the motion work on ios13?

 

i sure would like if any others are seeing this issue or is it just me?

I just uploaded ios13.2..

still seems like Apple is limiting motion access in safari for 360’s

 

 here is a post from an auto desk forum that shows how they could request this motion access.. CA?
