Custom stairs

I cannot seem to figure out a way to create custom staircases that do not follow the built in protocol such as the photo below. I’ve built stairs in my home in a corner but follow a “spiral staircase” pattern, so there is no landing in the corner. Instead the stairs are beveled and wrap the corner. I’ve tried messing around with all of the stair tools and can’t figure out how to generate a custom layout like this.

The Winders setting in the Staircase DBX may help but the easiest way is usually with a series of landings shaped as needed and set to the correct heights manually.

For your example shown in the photo, I would model it in Sketchup with all the details wanted, and import the SU file as a symbol.

 

This, because I use SU a lot and find it easy and fast, likely faster for me than doing a sequence of landings.
