Hi, I am trying to add a railing to the concrete slab. Top of the slab is 2'-0" from the garage floor. When I add the railing it goes to the garage floor level. How do i raise to the the slab level? How do I add the full height wall on top of the slab, so that it can be supported on top of the slab? Attached is the image and plan for easy reference

Made the railing wall a pony wall with the bottom part concrete 24" high.

No new wall type -- just make it a pony wall.

I used 8" stem wall, but I imagine you would want a different thickness and may need a new wall type for that.

You may not need the solids you are using for the concrete.

You may also be able to make that space a room with a raised floor instead of faking it with the slab and solids.

Didn't look at the Plan but couldn't you just put a Landing outside the Door and draw the stairs down to the garage floor? (hold ALT key)
