lbuttery Posted November 2, 2018 Share Posted November 2, 2018 it could be a serious problem first try shutting chief down and then try again try a different plan or a backup of the plan to see if the plan has issues try rebooting contact CA's tech support basically that is a catch all error message that is given when the software gets to a place it didn't expect to get to since it doesn't know how it got there - it gives a generic error message Lew Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
