Gable Line - Dutch

I have an "L" shaped home that i want a dutch hip/gable condition on the side i am using the gable line feature but it just reverts to a normal gable....this is even though the other gables on the home have a dutch hip/gable set on them.  Is there a way to control that gable line?

As a reference here is the video of the operation i am doing - I just can't seem to control the gable end to set a dutch style.

I saw a video about creating a cricket, but I don't think that would work for your need. I haven't done a manual dutch lately.

Using a Roof Baseline Polyline should work, but may or may not.

Ill mess with this some more - my initial try i couldn't get it to work but i may be missing something.
