Changing Layout Box Label

Anyone was able to change the layout box Label ? is possible to change text style ? or even add symbol ? see the image.

Hi there..  

 

Click on the layout, and open the object.  You will get a layout box specification pop up, last item is called label.  Where you see label options, click "specify label".. the default is automatic.  That's where you change the layout box name.  Make sure that Layout Box Labels is turned on in your layer properties.  Hope this helps.

Part II,  When in the layout tab, you need to go to defaults (the little white wrench looking tool on tool bar) to change text styles, sizes and colors.  Not sure on the symbol thing though.

You can also change the Text Style for the Layout Box Label layer and you can add macros to the label box but not Symbols unless you want a Global Special Character with the insert function.

 

I do a label kinda like yours with a call out and Layout box macro for scale and then the title is generated by a macro from the Layout Page Information data entry.  3 components that all have to be aligned but it would be great if it could be all one thing.
