davidkaro
I am using rails to create a post and beam scenario for a second floor in a shop. The interior rails are created with stem-walls, how do i get rid of the interior stem walls. PS. they are touching exterior walls.
Evolution
David, I know your question makes sense to you, (for example interior rails are created with stem-walls?) I'm not sure why you would do it that way, but it would be so much easier, and probably faster if you just post the plan. IF it is too large for the forum, most files can be zipped and then posted. BTW, it would also help to know what version of CA software you are using.
Alaskan_Son
Also it would help to know what you're talking about. It sounds like you're using stem walls on purpose but want to get rid of the stemwalls? I'm sure it makes sense to you like Bob said, but I for one am just not following. davidkaro
Sorry for the confusion. I am using Premier x9. The stem walls were created automatically and i can not get rid of them. The finished plan will second story dormers in the back and shed roofs on the sides that will come off of the top beams. there will be 4' walls on top of the beams with a straight gable roof on top of that. I hope this clarifies a little. I appreciate any help you can provide. Karo Shop 2.plan
javatom
Perhaps OP does not know what a stem wall looks like.
