Ebbman Posted March 6, 2017 Share Posted March 6, 2017 I updated to X9 from X6 and install went perfect on my iMac. On macbook, after install when prompted to enter product key, the "activate" button will not highlight with new X9 key. It highlights for old X6 key but this will not open X9. How do I get the new key to be recognized? I did deactivate X9 on iMac before attempting to open X9 on my macbook for first time. Anyone else have this issue? The help assistant it shows a different product key entry window that has an option for entering new key but the window I am given does not offer this option. Help??
