Blown Hard Drive Need A Good Samariton

Hi All, I blew my hard drive and my SSA expired back in January. I was wondering if there was a good person out there that could supply me with the bonus catalogs and manufacturer catalog. Your help is much appreciated. Have a great day!!

best to contact CA sales and buy a library DVD

A lot (not all) of the content is the same as HD PRO and hasn't been updated since 2012 so use the HD Site for downloads to get started perhaps....

This situation I have been thru too ,but now export my libraries once download and back them up to DVD.

Hmmm, this is surprising since SSA is required to download them ???

 

also, surprising since CA has a library DVD for sale ???

 

I suspect you got someone who doesn't understand what you asked

 

If anyone wants to help they should verify with CA first and maybe get

them to send an email giving permission to provide the libraries

I wouldn't say it's most of them but better than nothing, I guess you aren't backing up your computer to an external HD ?  better start .....if you had you would have My Docs>CA Data folder etc to copy back , but you need to backup the folders in the chief program directory as well , so a $75 USB HD is well worth it..... or even a cheap 16GB USB key just for Chief...
