I have been working in Chief Architect on custom home design and drafting for over 16 years. I now do stock plan design and sell my plans on about 4 major plan sites as well as on my own domain. Most of my homes are coastal style and are built in the SE region (South Carolina, North Carolina) and Texas. I have a range of sizes and style- typically under 3500 SF and a small range of pocket homes and ADU/garage plans. I do exterior and interior renders in PBR (no outside programs) and have dabbled in 360 walkthroughs. Outside of my work, I love to travel and have lived or spent long stretches in many parts of the world (New Zealand, Germany, Bali, Mexico). I am currently hopping between Denver, CO and Florida. I am always available to help new Chief users or participate in discussions.
