I have had this happen before but can not remember how I got them to rebuild. Any suggestions?

My video card does not have enough memory. So looks like upgrade needed.

Well I spoke too soon. It is still doing it.

I tried it and that seems to have fixed the issue. Just seems to be very slow getting the image over to the layout. Thank you.

I have had X8 crash several times when sending a wall elevation camera view to layout. I get the message "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" this in turn causes X8 to stop responding and I have to end task in task manager and restart X8. Just curious if anyone else has seen this? or maybe they know what my issue is. My system uses ATI Radeon HD 4200 and the driver is up to date. I am using windows 10 also.

Thanks for the tip. The brick and mortar was very similar in color but they were different by a shade or so. Once I went darker with the mortar the issue cleared right up.

Seems I have an issue with the brick pattern on exterior walls and foundation walls only displaying on the front and rear walls and not the side walls. Anyone else seen this? Connie and James plan.plan

I have tried to upload but the file is too big to upload.

The doors, windows and stairs all display in red like they should. The walls display in black but are set to display in red. Apparently something is overriding this setting.

yes everything in the reference display options is set to red.

Anyone know why my reference floor display would show walls in black instead of red? Everything in the reference floor display options is set to display in red but the walls display in black on this particular plan.

That got rid of most of them but I have two that remain.

Just upgraded to X8 and now I have these boxes around each view sent to the layout page. How do I turn this feature off?

Yes you are right. I just found that arc markers was checked on default cad settings. Thanks!

Yes. When I select it from the library it does not show the X's but once I place it on the plan they appear.
