Can't seem to get my roof to build automatically. I have obviously overlooked something. I have made some attempts to just manually draw it but it is never quite right. Any help would be appreciated. WV1.plan

Not sure how to get the esterior siding to continue up into the gables. It was there before but now its gone test_question.plan

That sounds like fun. I am not a golfer but my son is. Not sure how to upload the plan. The roof overhang display is turned off.

I have everything turned off pertaining to the roofs but some of the roof lines are still showing on the floor plan. It appears that these were drawn manually and those where there is an overhang. The second shot is with everything turned off.

David, In your video you say that you are shift selecting the walls and it looks like you pull a line past the curved wall. I am not sure how or why you are doing this? Can you explain?

I have got it close editing auto roof planes just not perfect.

I have tried manually and to let it auto build. I assume that to auto build you would set it up as a shed roof but the curved area is not something I have done before.

I want to build a roof over a porch with a curved outer wall. I have tried a few things but have not got anything to work. I am thinking it needs to be 6 on 12 shed style that wraps around the curved section of the outer wall. I have attached a screen shot of the plan. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how this happened? All the reference floor display options are set to red. It seems as though something is overriding the display options for the reference floor.

Thank you. I can see more advantages than disadvantages with. It just drives me crazy to not know why it doesn't print right the other way. Jim

Ok I printed to pdf and it worked fine. Just a couple of extra steps.

I am not printing to pdf. I have been printing to printer for several years with no issues. I recently had to reload os on computer and this is first time I have tried to print since the reload.

I have not seen this before but when I send my layout to print it is stretching the layout and compressing it. Can't seem to figure out what is causing it.

That worked. I appreciate everybody's help. I had this issue before but could not remember what I did to get the walls to come back. I don't think I had to cut a hole. Nevertheless this worked. Thanks again.
