which website are you building your new PC?
I'm an HP guy. I had a couple bad experiences with other companies, HP has yet to let me down.

How do I delete the second unwanted object?
Go back to Sketchup and delete what isn't needed and bring the symbol back so that it's right.

If the default is changed and foundation rebuilt everything on that level will be lost. Best to do it room by room.
-
Go to print and turn off the SHOW SHEET and/or PRINT PREVIEW.
-
Sounds like you have a ceiling hgt issue above that bedroom. You should be able to just select the rooms and change the foundation accordingly. Make sure you are doing from the foundation level, and not an upper level.
-
Joe is the base molding showing at the bottom of the wall? In X10 you need to remove the entire molding from the room.
Why not just use a beam?
-
-
If you have a thin paint layer on the wall it won't wrap. Add the jamb back on there and make it a thin paint layer as well.
-
-
For the large multiple ply beam, draw them to size ie...(3) 1-3/4" x 14" I draw as a 5-1/4"x14" Beam and the schedule will be correct.
-
Make it a "room" so that framing member heights and roof/ceiling heights are easier to handle. Other than that, model it just like you intend to build it.
-
They aren't technically framing members. Turn on the layer for Walls, Railings

I think PBR has a limit if 8 lights by default. You have exceeded that number which is why the other under-counter lights are not on. Increase the number of lights to 40 and they will be on.
Try this video for some settings and ideas.
BTW, my current graphics card (Nvidia GTX 750 Ti) also doesn't support real time raytrace, but the setting helped me get to PBR rendering I am sharing here.

Chief does some of that now. I have Twinmotion and use it from time to time. Very easy export from Chief right into TM for renderings. I will attach a couple of TM renderings for example, and these are with me opening TM and knowing hardly anything about it.
When you said you are not paying for SSA any longer, I thought that meant you had found a software that does all the things you described. What software are you looking at that does all those things, is as user friendly as Chief, and doesn't cost $5K/year?
Bear in mind, I am not defending the direction of Chief, I am genuinely curious about what is out there that could give me the ease
of Chief, with the cost, and that will do all those things.

How about a logo?
She still looks fantastic, I however...well.....
BTW. We have never visited Idaho and are thinking of coming to the UG meeting this year. Do other spouses come along?

If you are using a manufactures drawer front, you need to check the specs of that manufacturer to see how small the drawer front can be to maintain the rails before their "alternate drawer front" kicks in.

Because the drawer on the left is too small for the top and bottom rails to be visible.

@Jwaltonwhat software have you found that does all things you listed above? What is the cost of it?

Check availability before you spec those. Last time I needed them for a project we were out of luck.

It's the roof baseline. Just turn off that layer.

I use "L" for lights when doing electrical plans and SHIFT + L for the line tool. I don't have an issue. I also use W+E for exterior walls and W+I for interior walls. Again, No issues. Did I get lucky?

I would building those with cabinets with the countertop being the tread so that the decorative panels can be more easily added.

Where R the SCREEN DOORS
in General Q & A

You simply use a glass panel door and set the frame size and change the glass to screen material from the library. Save as needed to your library.
