Not sure what you mean. The conditioned schedule includes all the "living spaces" and the unconditioned schedule includes spaces like garages, unfinished basement storage, etc..

Use the CUSTOM SCHEDULE tool. Create one for the conditioned spaces and one for the unconditioned spaces. Save them in a CAD detail in your template plan and you only have to do it once and will calculate those for you automatically from then on.

Rotate the site, not the house. Save yourself a series of headaches.

Or simply take an elevation view and make the front wall 4'

That will work for the versions you have listed, but for X13 it will not be enough. If you are going to upgrade at some point, this PC will be tough to make work.

I think it's because my local guys all use the same local lumber yard and he doesn't trust anyone or anything but himself. 

My builders use the ML all the time, especially for roofing, siding, flooring and trim, paint, drywall.....

The framing can be tricky, but the local lumber yard they use will do that take off for ordering anyway, everything else they order from the list and add a % for waste.

It is very accurate, as long as your model is accurate.

That one looks like the focal blur is checked, uncheck that.

Did you export from layout or plan view? I have never had an issue when exporting from plan view. 

Don't convert from layout, convert from plan view. See if that fixes the issue.

What's not working? We would use the same software you are using. It's a pretty simple export from Chief.

You need to adjust those manually. They are not parametric, they are simply CAD lines and text boxes.

@Digger873 I don't think I have even seen that happen. Does it happen every time you create a porch? Email me the plan and I will have a look.

Are you calling that room a porch, or just changing the flooring material to concrete?

Look here when changing the floor. Change the floor structure rather than changing the floor hgt.

For a slider, in my opinion the easies solution is to just create the screen to the spec and create a symbol that can be placed into the opening.

I have the fill saved in my library. One click. And I use in on Con Docs so the orthographic isn't a great option for those. In my opinion.
