    Not sure what you mean. The conditioned schedule includes all the "living spaces" and the unconditioned schedule includes spaces like garages, unfinished basement storage, etc..

  2. Use the CUSTOM SCHEDULE tool. Create one for the conditioned spaces and one for the unconditioned spaces. Save them in a CAD detail in your template plan and you only have to do it once and will calculate those for you automatically from then on.

  3. My builders use the ML all the time, especially for roofing, siding, flooring and trim, paint, drywall.....

     

    The framing can be tricky, but the local lumber yard they use will do that take off for ordering anyway, everything else they order from the list and add a % for waste.

     

    It is very accurate, as long as your model is accurate.

    You need to adjust those manually. They are not parametric, they are simply CAD lines and text boxes.
