    I really need your help! are you available this morning for a quick help me print to scale? I have called tech and they trouble shot my plan but the send to layout is still shrinking my design way tooooo small to read.

      Then the scale window will show up. Type in the scale you want (I assume 1/4) and press OK. Done.
