Michigan is always 1st in and last out of economic difficulties. We are out of the slump here

I'm in no way an expert, but post the plan.

Search "chairs on top of table" and there is a thread on this subject

Love roofs, email me.

Jintu, your website and renderings are AWSOME.

I want to see this, please post your results.

We are all in the same boat, experimenting along the way. lol

Your "open below" on 2nd story is not as wide as your stairway. You are a busy man in the layer department, very nice project. PM if you want.

I attached a photo and circled wall that is not correct height. It took a minute to find, that is VERY BUSY wall. lol
Edit: I love how we all have a trick or 2 for work a rounds, BUT I like to know what I did before I start that last resort of solutions. I noticed you had several of your glass walls that did have proper interior view so I knew your wall type was fine.

Your wall was not to default height on wall that had problem and therefore caused drywall issue.

Looks like "suggestion" time, both work a rounds take TIME.

Wow, very nice!
Mind telling me how you approached that? Looks like I still need to build out the framing for the little roof over the porch area and the support beams, and also the roof trusses for the rear gable, right?
Yes truss for reverse gable and giving advice on structural support is risky business BUT that is a small porch roof. So a post in center with 2x? lumber or L.V.L. with no post.

Manual roof planes. Roof truss tool for trusses ( I always "lock truss envelope" ) then multiple copy the truss. Use auto roof frame to finish up.

Make casing only 1/16" in depth

I use the delete button in 3d view to find source of "pain in the butt".

Poly solid or turn foundation wall to a pony wall too.

Post the plan.

Very nice, keep us up to date. Also post the plan because many are wanting to see light commercial projects done in CA.

I tried that too and could NOT get it to behave, lol.
