CA since 2.0, I have never used any other design software. In earlier versions I used photo shop or file converters and in ver 10 I would say I was at 85% and it will take time to reach that level in ver 17. Right now I say 30 - 40% in the new tools of ver 17, but basics that carried over from ver 10 85%. I'm here forever with CA and all my work will be done with this program only. Majority of my work is residential and light commercial. 

Very nice John, you are ready for Hollywood and the "Special Effects" division of the film industry. 99% of anyone that looks at that photo will have no idea it was computer generated. Many on this thread are proving it can all be done with CA.

Much easier to fix plan and repost than to type out corrections. Open repaired plan and take note of changes made to accommodate your situation.

New wall type for hatched or unhatched wall. Change accordingly.

Truss manufacturer is no different than any other business, they want to sell you all they can. I ALWAYS do my own truss design and let the truss engineer do his job too. I have had jobs with over 100 individual truss prints.

I have an obsessive habit from the earlier versions of CA, I hit the save icon frequently and never close the plan without clicking it again. Save, save, save, backup, backup, backup.

Just curious how much content do others stuff into the library browser before it becomes overwhelming.

Download my plan, it's your plan corrected. Save it and replace your file with mine.

 I could get terrain to build open hole area if any of the 4 walls above it were made invisible. I know this isn't a fix but it heads you down a path of MAYBE GETTING IT RIGHT or just do a quick poly solid as you suggested. I don't have anymore time to find fault in walls above that would cause this. I tried different wall types and it stays open, but invisible walls allow terrain build.
