Buck Window Using One Wall One Window, Chiefarchitect Tips

I don't think so.Scott was right refusing that method! That method was rejected because the dry wall material was appearing outside the window plus no visible inset casing was there either. And he posted his E-mail with Brian in the last talk as you know. Rather you are right regarding the unjustifiable refusal of Scott to one solution and again liking it the other day. I think the reason, he some times responds before he sees the issue deeply as you did now. For your surprise I have posted this method of mine with more accurate frame a long long time ago and he refused simply because the siding wasn't stucco! I am not kidding may be you were, and I can post the link to that one if needed. I don't want talk about it because the issue is solved for now and may be he will not like it again. And any who likes it will use it...... That is it Joe. Thanks Joe -
You welcome, thanks Scott.

Doug gone it! But that case may need additional enterior casing(hole casing)with stuco to cover the dry wall, but very small thicknes as i explained in my previous post. Thanks for all....

..........I would get two layers of studs..... Another solution but not perfect..... Scott were are you? Here is the framing also. Is this what you did? OK no not probably. Are you going to post hope you got it. Waiting for you 2 minutes, Then I am going to post it.

OK Scott, I always bring what you are dying for and you just try to offend. For now it is suspence. Here is the plan view again. Try to find the setting and post it. Or admit it is the dry wall you and Brian failed to hide. Just kidding but I not done with your dimensions.

Am I missing some thing? I don't think so! Here is one wall one window in chief.

Charlie, very nice one.

Larry, here is my "funny layout suggestion" to ca programmers. Model and layout in one plan file and tabbed arrangement. Every thing is live! I can't see why this is not possible in their language. It is AutoCAD type layout style. May be helpful to them. Who nows? We have seen a lot easy things they missed to fix!!!!

https://youtu.be/4FMw8Qu_es4 Here is a short video, the most important point is, that chief's view port in layout for vector elevation is proportional to that of the image when sent one after the other without zooming in or out. So the scaling is made easy here. Sorry about the sound but the yellow pointer talks.

...........It seems that the method you use more resembles how one would construct a spiral stairs from a commercially available kit whereas Glenn just simply used Chief's stair tools to create the spiral stairs. Curt, thanks. Did you mean Joe, i only remember joe's nice way of assembling spiral stair kits. And he absolutely liked this method and recommended using my method has more advantages in many ways. And thanks again for giving the answer your self. Hopefully you have downloaded the plan of this type of stair I posted in the previous thread. That would be better to experiment on it.

Thanks Scott, glad if that worked fine for you.

Actually once you set it, chief will save it for good in that plan. No need to repeat all those steps.

Doutone, adjust the dark color black and desaturation 50%, and do "final view with shadows"then send it to layout, again send the vector view to lay out, overlap after scaling. Finally the brightness of the overlapped image is increased up to 40. Then enjoy it, if you lock the picture it is perfect shadowed vector view.

Well, look at this one. Chief does it in vector view in combination with its visual styles, hopefully I am not stating the obvious.
