Thanks Mark as far as I was aware the style palette only really changes the textures or adds hardware onto say cabinets where it doesn't you couldn't use it to transform a two door base unit into a three draw unit. I was more thinking along the lines of object eye dropper tool picking up the attributes of a toolbar button and an applying them directly onto another object

It's not the LX1 it was the moasure 2. Same tech probably. Might be ok for something you need really basic measurements on but not accurate

I have added some of my custom library objects to some custom toolbars I've made, but would like to have it so when you click them, they use the object painter mode. For example, say if I have an awning window and I want to change it to a double-hung window, I click the double-hung window icon in my toolbar, and it paints instantly over the awning automatically without having to add the window to my plan first, then use the object eyedropper to pick it, then spray it over something. Is this just possible or am I just making stuff up

I actually just sent a moasure device back as it's so inaccurate when it comes to measuring as built. Tested 20 times just measuring a simple rectangle benchtop and every time it came out different. It's wasn't the LX1

Nano banana 2 seems to have nailed it for me. Can update images easily with no change to rest of image i.e just change window frame ect. Chief needs to look into AI plug ins for renders as we are all just using chief for the model them using AI to make a nice render

It's not yelling as I draft in caps

Are you an user? Not many of us. RAB made a video that included some stacked mouldings but it's still a bit you know fudgy trying to make it work
-
This is very frustrating as was fine before when chief auto updated the name to the file when saving

Thanks everyone. I need to look more into stacked mouldings I think. They don't seem to be that intuitive to me but I'm stupid

It's all good, Mark. I worked it out. Thanks so much. Great work.

Also 2100mm in width

Hi Mark3D, would you be able to convert this so I can just use it down one side of the building? I haven't actually worked with stacked mouldings so I don't know how to adapt it.
-
Will do, thanks so much.

Thanks so much. It's close, but the radius just needs to be so much tighter and then flat on the top.

Hi all, can anyone create a bullnose veranda roof that looks like the attached? For now I have ended up doing it in a 3D solid with a moulded polyline, but it's making the software very laggy.
