looking for someone to take the general layout 24x48 structure and put in the walls and roof line from my drawings to chief. most doors and windows also. just a quickie version so I can play with it. 2-4 hours. I am a designer with limited expertise on Chief over 20 years. I am designing for myself a modern 2200 sq ft. 2 story, in a FEMA waterfront AE zone, house will be on stilts, 7 feet above grade. I will give the general footprint, you will put the general plan together with ceiling heights i give you. I will then put the walls, windows, cabinets, fixtures, stairs in.
