rikdekker
Question: is there any way to allow window to span across an intersecting wall? I have run into this a couple of times when drawing existing situations and now am actually trying to draw this for a commercial building.
Dennis_Gavin
pull the wall back, place window and drag wall back into place.
Kenoeightspot
Dennis is correct. but if you have to move the window first pull back the wall then move the window. Add a polyline solid end cap.
rikdekker
Thanks guys! "pull wall back" idea wasn't cooperating because one side of the wall is a 20' high room and the other side of the wall is divided into two floors. I cheated the system and created a super thin wall that meets in the centre of the two window. We can deal with it properly at the time of construction but for now I just have to develop the visual concept. Thanks again for your quick response!
