Dan_Park Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 We have been analyzing the issue this morning. It appears we had a fault that cause a reboot in the 3dlibrary server around 9:20 pm PST Saturday (5:20 UTC Sunday) and the system had errors until around 3:35 PM PST on Sunday when one of our staff noticed the problem and we fixed the issue. We have setup a better monitoring system today that should give us earlier warnings on this type of problem in the future. As far as we know, no other systems were affected by this outage.
