Hi Everyone

I have been trying for a while to come up with a way to create this type of "rotated" molding line for half wall Paneling (Hampton style)

Now that I have figured it out I thought I'd help out by sharing my little Library

Hope you enjoy it as much as i do.

Stay posted as I plan on adding to the different style of panelling

enjoy :)

Hi Kelly

thanks for posting the cladding. I'm a new user to Chief Architect which I discovered only by accident having previously used Sketchup for my basic designs.

I have downloaded your cladding library which I'm most grateful for as I searched all through the default libraries without success :(  So Happy now haha.

I want to now apply the cladding as a new wall component along with the Framing, Builders Paper, Insulation & Plasterboard but am stumped on how to do so.

I'm using X8 btw.

Your library was imported automatically into the User Catalog and while it appears to recognise and permit dragging and dropping onto my floor plan showing the + symbol, I can't see where it actually applies it!! I have also tried using the 3D>Material Painter>Material Painter Component Mode (which works perfectly from with the Core Catalogs) but cannot use it from within the User Library :(

Wonder if you (or anyone else) can help perhaps

Yours 'Frustratingly'

Phil

Has anyone else experienced the Library Preview panel being so dark, it is hard to see the example of a material.  I have changed it from a panel, to a cube, to a sphere and it is all the same.  If there is a control to change t his I have not been able to find it.  Appreciate any help.  Sharon Olsen

      Hi all!

I'd like to share some of my library content that I feel may be useful for others. These pieces are a mixed bag - some original work, but many are chief pieces that I modified or conveniently grouped. I  plan to add more from my collection over time. Please feel free to use/edit/adapt as you see fit!

How would I make one marker such as the one I've shown below? This is for a shower and there's just not that much room for 4.

      Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an interesting phenomenon with Cabinet Shelf Specifications that contain 3 or more library-based shelves in Chief Architect Premier X13. As indicated below, when I add a 3rd unique library object (i.e. wire shelf) to a shelf, somehow the previous library-based shelf (2) "breaks" and changes from (1) to be the 3rd library object. As such, I wanted to find out if that's the intended behavior or it's a bug - and whether there are any useful workarounds. I could have used separators directly at module-level but the cabinet module needs to be covered by double doors.

I have changed nothing in any of my settings since I worked on this plan this morning.  Now, when I go to my user library and the lighting I have saved there.  I have red outlines on the majority of them and I have no idea why.  Has anyone experience this?
