Dimensions changing

Hello again! 

      I began drawing my exterior walls using even feet (12', 24', ETC...ETC).

As I add interior walls my exterior dimensions are changing to odd feet, inches, and fractions of an inch.

I know this is due to my own procedural error but how do I keep this from happening?

Drawing an interior wall shouldn't really change the overall length of any exterior walls.  You may be picking up dimensions to the interior walls though and depending on how your dimensions are setup this may be adding the odd values.

 

You might want to post a picture of what you are seeing or even better, the plan you are seeing it in.
