BeachGirl Posted August 18 Share Posted August 18 I am using Home Designer Pro 2025 and cannot find the DOUBLE WALL - Furred Wall as an option as outlined in the instructions for creating furred walls. I am trying to take a double wall - exterior wall and interior basement wall and marry them so that window and door openings show up correctly. Dermot Posted August 19 Share Posted August 19 As far as I know, no version of Home Designer or Home Designer Pro has ever had the "Double Wall" features that are in Chief Architect Premier (on the Structure panel of the Wall Specification dialog or the Casing panel of the Window or Door Specification dialogs). Home Designer Pro 2025 should have the ability to create custom Wall Types where you can have both a concrete layer and a framing layer to create a manual furred wall.
