Window openings in masonry wall with shallow arched lintel, but with rectangular retrofit windows. My first thought is maybe arched pass-through window on top of a standard window, but just a guess. So...place a standard square topped window and then in elevation view draw the Wall Material Region to the shape you want to cut out the arched brickwork above the window.
