Window Question - Rectangular Retrofit Window in Arched Opening

Curious how someone would go about modeling these windows below.  Window openings in masonry wall with shallow arched lintel, but with rectangular retrofit windows.

 

My first thought is maybe arched pass-through window on top of a standard window, but just a guess.

You can do that with a Wall Material Region using Cut Finish Layers of Parent Object.

So...place a standard square topped window and then in elevation view draw the Wall Material Region to the shape you want to cut out the arched brickwork above the window.
