Drafting support for No California Design-Build Firm

We are looking to develop a relationship with an experienced design/drafting frim or individual. We have been in business since 1978 and recently downsized releasing our full time drafter. 

Our scopes of work are mainly ADU, additions and interior renovations. Proof of work must be provided during our initial introductions. Services provided will be to take concept drawings, engineering details along with Title 24 reports and provide a complete set of permit ready documents. Our relationship will also including addressing plan check comments.
