Layout loses associatated CAD files when downloading from Dropbox to a different Computer.

When I drew a plan and did a "save as" it was my intention to use that plan as a template, because it had pages and pages of boilerplate notes, sections, and 2025 Code Notes.
I also did a "save as" for a layout file that had all of the notes, etc. on different sheets.  It was my intention to use that as a Layout template.
My thought was open the plan file, use "save as" in a New Folder and also use a "save as" for the layout in the new folder.

That seemed logical and straightforward to me.

Since all of my files are kept in Dropbox, they naturally got uploaded automatically.

However, when opened the files from Dropbox on a different computer, half of the CAD files were missing.

What gives?

Is it just me or does anyone else have problems with file management in Chief?
