Elliot
I have always struggled with creating 3d images of the actual tiles which my client chooses. I tried working in material builder, and although it is very powerful, I really like doing screen captures and using the actual tiles which they select. But I just cannot make Chief do an offset tile no matter how many settings I try or how many times I watch the help videos. I have done a screen shot of the settings pages and the image. On the define materials page it shows the offset for the pattern because I select "grid, offset" but it doesn't show in the 3d image to the right and doesn't work in my shower image. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? thanks

You'll need an image of the tile in a grid arrangement for the 3D to look right. There are no settings in the Texture panel to create a grid pattern, since it simply uses a static picture file which it can't modify.

So placing a "grid, offset" instruction there has no effect on the raster (realistic) views.
