We used Chief Architect 2022 to create our floor plan for a complete home remodel (existing structure gutted), conversion of existing garage to living space and two additions (approximately 1600 square feet when finished),. My standard plan sets contain accurate material take offs, including framing lumber quantities, in BID READY format.
