Setting for Dormer Width

I opened the dialog box for the dormers, and set the walls at 82".

When I dimensioned the plan view, none of the dormer walls were at 82".  Apparently for Dormers the locate wall dimension surface does not work, and the 82" dimensions to the siding.

Is there a setting to make the walls in the dialog box to reflect the actual outside wall to outside wall instead outside siding to outside siding.

I looked into this.... I see what you are referring to... The only way that I can find to do this is to do the math and make the adjustment or explode the dormer. If not exploded you can't dimension to the dimension layer of the walls in it. The only way I could find to dimension it was to drag grips to it and that wasn't attached to the wall dimension layer. The dormer tool is really nice. These improvements would make it better and more useful, IMO.
