Why can I not select these countertop walls?

I had someone make my 3d model in Chief Architect and then I put it back into Home Designer Architectural and there are these countertop parts I cannot select. Can someone tell me why I cannot select these items?

Sometimes Chief Architect plans need to be marked as ‘editable in Home Designer’. Otherwise you cannot edit the plan.  If you can select other items and edit, could be the countertops may not be editable from Chief Architect to Home Designer.

If you can edit other things, I would guess they have used 3d solid to create those. I have done a lot of plans in Chief for people to edit in Home Designer; I always tell them anything that they won't be able to edit.
