Building a second floor

I cant get the software to build a second floor over a fully framed first floor. I have been using chief since it started and I have never had this problem before.

If your first floor walls do not form at least one room, either because they are properly connected or any of them are marked as "no room definition", then you will not get any walls on your second floor.

 

If it's not one of those problems, then you probably should post the plan.
