embedded wall host item-keeps popping out

Whenever i place my power panel in the wall it pops out on one side or another after i restart the file. Any ideas?

 

without changing anything, simply relocating back where i belongs, it looks correct again.

I just had this very same thing happen to me.  I find electrical outlets sometimes flip sides if a wall is modified.  I'd also be interested in a fix or at maybe some tips on technique.
